EOIN KEENAN / CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Over a decade ago, Eoin wrote one of his first University papers on ‘International Cannabis Policy’ calling for legalisation, social reform and proper research funding, taking him on a decade long journey into the world of cannabis, hemp and CBD. Eoin has spent the better part of the past decade travelling across two continents in order to better understand the cannabis plant and the people who were cultivating it.
Since 2016, Eoin has been working with industry-leading consultants, Prohibition Partners and Cannabis Europa, to help open up new cannabis ventures and push forward regulatory change across the globe. Having found the world’s best growers, advised on the world’s best products and researched the most fascinating cannabis flavours he got together with an equally dedicated team of creators, entrepreneurs and artists to launch Goodrays.
JUSTIN STONE / CO-FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN
Justin’s life revolves around his family, action sports, cooking and start-up businesses.
Between 2006 and 2016, Justin built one of Europe's fastest growing online retail businesses, Surfdome, a Fast Track 100 company that scaled to $100m in sales and 250 staff. Proudly, Surfdome was at the forefront of the plastic free packaging movement from 2013 onwards, and remains a vocal leader in this area. Today Justin is also Chairman of a sustainable clothing and accessories brand.
Justin has taken CBD for the last 2 years, both to improve his sleep and to aid muscle recovery from old injuries. He has become fascinated by the misconceptions of cannabis and what this super natural plant truly has to offer.

Chris’ passions for skateboarding, surfing and film-making led him to travel the world in search of interesting places, people and stories.
He began documenting his travels on video and film, leading to the formation of one of the UK’s most innovative production companies where he created campaigns and films for major global brands and broadcasters and built one of Europe's most successful digital media brands.
Having worked with many of the leading alcohol, energy and soft drink brands over the past 15 years he felt that it was time to apply all this experience to a product with real functional benefits.
OWEN TOZER / CO-FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Owen is a designer, filmmaker and artist with a long history of working in music, travel and outdoor industries. When creating this new brand it was a constant wonder and curiosity about the natural world and humankind’s relationship with it that seeded the initial ideas and helped form the guiding principles that we developed into what we now call Goodrays.
