As we’re settling into the new year, you may be looking to cut out alcohol for Dry January, or simply becoming more mindful of your drinking habits. Either way, cutting back doesn’t mean that you have to miss out on delicious drinks all month long. That’s why we’re sharing one of our favourite CBD mocktail recipes to help you get through January (and beyond) with ease. It’s happy hour, reimagined.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Serves 2
- Goodrays Raspberry & Guava CBD Drink
- 25ml raspberry cordial
- 25ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp egg white
- 1-2 chocolate bitters (optional)
- Garnish - raspberries, Goodrays CBD Gummies
THE PERFECT SERVE
MIX - Add all ingredients except the ice and Goodrays CBD Drink to a cocktail shaker. Shake hard for 1-2 minutes to froth the egg white. Add ice and shake again.
POUR - Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
TOP - Top up with Goodrays Raspberry & Guava CBD Drink.
GARNISH - Add the raspberries and gummies to a cocktail skewer, and place on top of the glass.
