As a final Dry January treat, we're excited to share a very special CBD mocktail with you, the 'Pink CBD Fizz'. Make it at home with just a few ingredients.
Our delicately balanced Elderflower & Yuzu 30mg CBD Drink is the base for sweet muddled strawberries, crushed pink peppercorns and an aromatic tarragon garnish.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Goodrays 30mg CBD Elderflower & Yuzu
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 6 Muddled (crushed) Strawberries
- 1/4 tsp Pink Peppercorns
- Fresh Tarragon
METHOD
1. Combine fresh lemon juice, strawberries & pink peppercorns into a cocktail tin & muddle (crush).
2. Add the Elderflower & Yuzu Goodrays to the tin, quickly stir & slowly strain into a highball glass with ice.
3. Hit the Tarragon across the back of your hand a few times to tease out the aroma
and garnish, sliding the stem down the side of the glass.
